3. The LEA Gold Pass registration fee allows you to attend the Lean Thinking & Practice Plenary day on Wednesday 6 May, the Lean Thinking & Practice Learning Labs on Thursday 7 May, a site visit on Tuesday 5 May plus a post-summit workshop on Friday 8 May

4. The LEA 4+ Group Registration Wednesday 6 & Thursday 7 May (Only) fee is for an organisation registering 4 or more people to attend the Lean Thinking & Practice Plenary day on Wednesday 6 May and the Lean Thinking & Practice Learning Labs on Thursday 7 May at a significantly reduced fee

K. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations received in writing at the Summit Office by 16 April, 2018 will be accepted and all fees refunded less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and cannot be refunded, however transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Summit Office prior to the Summit. No refunds can be made for non-attendance at the Summit.

Registration and Workshop Fee's:
  • Before 16 April, 2018 will incur a $100 cancellation fee
  • After 16 April, 2018 there will be no refund although transfer of registration is accepted
